  •  Data Collection Forms – refer to electronic forms on Casasdecandelaria.com, such as, but not limited to the Initial Inquiry form and Schedule a Call form which are used to collect information from our users.

What data is collected?

  • We are collecting personally identifiable information. We are collecting information related to a user’s living conditions and assistance needed.

How data is being collected?

  • We collect data when our users submit a data collection form via casasdecandelaria.com.
  • A cookie is a piece of data stored on a user’s hard drive containing information about that user. By setting a cookie on our website, the user would not have to log in with a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our website. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our website. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our website. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our website. Some of our business partners use cookies on our website (for example, advertisers); however, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

What are we doing with the data?

  • We are evaluating the data to better understand user residential assisted living needs.

How do we protect the data?

  • We leverage Microsoft 365 services to protect the data collected from our users. Per Microsoft, “Each service is protected predominantly by Azure Active Directory for Authentication, with each application authorizing users to access the app itself content that resides within.“
  • Data is backup on a weekly basis.
  • MD5 encryption is used to encrypt user data.
  • Our staff is trained to mitigate threats such as, but not limited to phishing attacks.

How can users control their data?

  • Users may send an email to info@demo.ideesolution.net to request that their information be deleted or altered from our active directory. The email shall include a picture ID; a color copy of the user’s ID is required. The forms of ID may include a State ID, or Passport.
